Proudly serving Evanston and Chicago’s North Shore for over a decade!

Established in 2015, Table to Stix Ramen is a chef-owned Japanese ramen restaurant and proudly the first ramen shop on Chicago’s North Shore. Our passion for authentic Japanese cuisine begins with our chef, who trained in Yokohama, Japan, bringing traditional techniques, recipes, and inspiration back to Evanston. We believe great ramen starts with great broth. That’s why our signature pork bone broth is made in-house and carefully prepared over 48 hours, creating a rich, flavorful foundation for every bowl. From our homemade broth and house-made tare to carefully selected ingredients, every dish reflects our commitment to quality and authenticity. For over a decade, we have proudly served our community with authentic Japanese ramen, delicious street food, and warm hospitality. As a locally owned, independent restaurant, we are grateful for the continued support of our customers, neighbors, and Northwestern University community.
